• 1 photograph of the parent with the child (5 cm x 3.5 cm)
• Self-attested photocopy of the student’s Birth Certificate
• Original Medical Certificate of the student
• Self-attested photocopy of the previous class report card
• Self-attested photocopy of the student’s and parents’ Aadhaar cards
• Self-attested photocopy of the student’s passport (if applicable)
• Self-attested photocopy of local address proof
• Self-attested photocopy of minority certificate (if applicable)
• If the form is submitted by a guardian (not the parent), it should be clearly mentioned

A written admission test will be conducted on a specified date to assess the student’s readiness for the applied class. Students who qualify will be invited for a personal interaction session, during which both parents must be present. The final selection is based on the overall performance and interaction outcome.

Admission is confirmed after successful completion of all admission formalities, verification of documents, and approval by the Principal. Meritorious students may be considered for mid-term admission in special cases such as transfer or relocation.

• The school reserves the right to place the student in a suitable class after evaluating academic ability and age.
• Even after provisional admission, the student’s class level may be revised based on performance.
• Admission is subject to submission of all required documents.
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days from the start of the academic session.
